This is also one of the activities within the cooperation framework between the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association and the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province on the production, processing, and consumption of organic agricultural products in Tuyen Quang Province.

Class participants included enterprises, cooperatives, PGS groups, producing farmers, and members of the Tuyen Quang Organic Agriculture Association – mostly households, groups, and inter-groups engaged in organic agricultural production in the province.

The lecturers providing direct instruction and practical training are experts, lecturers, and officials who have been dedicated to organic agriculture for many years, such as: Eng. Tu Thi Tuyet Nhung, Standing Committee Member of the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association (VOAA), Head of the PGS Vietnam Coordination Committee; People's Teacher Dr. Pham Thanh Hải, former Principal of the Northern College of Agriculture; Le Cong Hung, lecturer at the Northern College of Agriculture; Tran Thi Hoa, Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association Office; Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung, Executive Committee Member of VOAA, Sub-Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection under the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Tuyen Quang Province.

The training content focused on two main topics: Group operation skills; conformity assessment and monitoring methods in PGS, and capacity building for the Tuyen Quang Organic Agriculture Association.

Accordingly, on August 11 and 12, trainees were instructed by lecturers on general knowledge of organic agriculture, PGS, management and operation of PGS, and inspector training; on August 13, trainees practiced conformity assessment at the farms of three households: Mr. Ta Huu Quang, Mr. Le Van Linh, and Ms. Do Thi Thanh in Yen So Village, Phuc Ninh Commune (Yen Son District).
