The latest tax law was officially passed by the National Assembly of Vietnam on April 24, 2026, with numerous amendments and additions regarding personal income tax, value-added tax, corporate income tax, and special consumption tax. Compared to the previous tax law, farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural enterprises must adapt to several significant changes.

The Participatory Guarantee System - PGS Vietnam is organizing an online workshop: "NEW TAX LAWS FOR FARMERS, COOPERATIVES, AND SMALL AND MEDIUM AGRIBUSINESSES", to disseminate new state policies and answer questions regarding their application in agricultural production and trade. PGS Vietnam cordially invites cooperatives, collaborative groups within local PGS systems, non-PGS farmers, household businesses, and enterprises operating within the PGS agricultural supply chain to register for the online workshop to understand how to apply the laws and receive answers on practical situations.
