The "Hoa Vang Green" imprint - determination for digital transformation in agriculture
The biggest difference and most notable highlight of this year's festival is the strong interplay between traditional values and modern technology. The festival brings together 15 stalls from villages across Hoa Vang Commune, along with 1 guest stall from a fellow commune, creating a rich and diverse showcase.
The core products at the festival are Tuy Loan safe vegetables, OCOP products, and seasonal agricultural produce. The highlight and hallmark of the event is the launch of the "Hoa Vang Green" digital ecosystem, alongside several featured activities: Ceremony worshipping the God of Agriculture (Than Nong), carrying-pole parade, production competition...

Here, visitors can easily find clean agricultural products that meet high quality standards, OCOP (One Commune One Product) items, and local specialties. From lush green vegetables grown in Tuy Loan and seasonal produce to traditional processed foods rich in local flavor, everything is attractively presented, showcasing the farmers' skill and dedication.
Notably, the organizing committee has been quick to embrace digital transformation in trade promotion. Lively sales livestreams on social media platforms have been taking place right at the stalls, helping Hoa Vang's agricultural products reach beyond local boundaries and connect directly with consumers nationwide.
The most significant milestone is the official launch of the “Hoa Vang Green” digital ecosystem. This is a strategic step toward completing the chain connecting supply and demand, helping farmers manage production more effectively and giving consumers transparent access to product traceability. This ecosystem is expected to propel the Hoa Vang vegetable brand to greater prominence on Vietnam's agricultural map, moving toward transparent, responsible, and sustainable agriculture.

Following three successful editions, the 2026 Hoa Vang Vegetable Festival continues to affirm its status as a key cultural and economic event. This is an occasion to honor traditional vegetable farming, promote distinctive agricultural products, and unlock breakthrough opportunities for local agriculture in the Industry 4.0 era.
Preserving the rural soul alongside aspirations for rural tourism development
Beyond the economic figures and technological advances, the IV Vegetable Festival is also a distinctive cultural space where heritage values are rekindled and celebrated. Immediately after the opening drumbeats, traditional rituals, including a ceremony honoring Than Nong, the god of agriculture, and planting activities to mark the start of the year, were solemnly performed, expressing local people's gratitude to Mother Earth and their prayers for a bountiful harvest and favorable weather.
The procession, with shoulder poles carrying baskets brimming with fresh vegetables and the radiant smiles of mothers and women in traditional dress, painted a picture of Hoa Vang as a welcoming and caring homeland. Competitions in agricultural production, processing, and sales not only gave farmers opportunities to exchange ideas and learn from one another but also demonstrated their increasingly advanced and professional farming techniques.
“The festival not only contributes to economic development but also serves as an important bridge bringing the community together, especially as the locality gradually stabilizes and develops across all areas following the merger. From a grassroots initiative, the Tuy Loan Vegetable Festival has gradually established itself as a distinctive cultural and agricultural gathering, helping to raise the profile of Hoa Vang's clean produce,” said Dinh Thi Thuy Huong – Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Hoa Vang Commune People's Committee.

The traditional culinary space featuring rustic dishes made from local vegetable ingredients also attracted many tourists. The combination of visiting the market, participating in folk games, and enjoying local food has opened up a new direction for Hoa Vang: Developing agriculture linked with experiential tourism.
With thorough preparation and professional organization, the festival sent a powerful message about a rapidly transforming Hoa Vang. Agriculture here is moving beyond supplying clean food toward generating added value through services and green tourism. This is an important foundation for raising local incomes, building sustainable model new-style rural communities, and enabling the Hoa Vang agricultural brand to meet more demanding standards in the future./.
