PGS Vietnam Organic Standards for producers were drafted by the PGS Coordination Committee, referencing the IFOAM Basic Standards and the National Standards on organic production and processing.
Standards for Producers
Scope of crop cultivation and animal husbandry
The standards apply to producers in both crop cultivation and livestock farming.
Standards for handling, processing, and retailing organic products are applied separately. This system of standards enables PGS Vietnam to provide comprehensive certification services from production and distribution to retail sales to consumers.
