Selecting production sites
Safety conditions for soil, water, and the environment
The organic production area must have safe soil and water resources in accordance with safe production regulations, with no risk of contamination from factories, construction sites, hospitals, cemeteries, traffic, or domestic wastewater.
Create buffer zones
Each production area must establish an appropriate buffer zone to prevent the risk of contamination from the outside.
