Every producer group maintains records of members and the certification process, which are readily available for inspection by the PGS Coordination Team.
Documents to be Kept
Member profiles and certification documents
- Contact details of the group and the person in charge of records.
- Name, address, and identification number of each member.
- Certification of eligible areas, farmer commitments, and field management plans.
- Confirmation that the member has received the PGS Basic Standards.
- Minutes of producer group meetings.
- Dates and contents of inspection sessions.
- Copy of the inspection team's summary report.
- List of certified production areas.
- Table of non-compliances, conditions, deadlines, and corrective action results.
