I promise to comply with the following conditions

Commitment to compliance with standards and group operations

• Comply with organic production standards and producer group and PGS regulations.
• Cooperate with other members, fully attend meetings and training sessions.
• Allow inspection of fields, processing and storage areas, and housing when necessary.
• Maintain complete records on production, inputs, origins, and sales.
• Promptly report any changes in production, crops, or fields.
• Consult with the group before using any uncertain production inputs.
• Report violations and comply with the regulations on using the PGS trademark.
• Only products from certified fields may be labeled as organic.
• Accept the producer group's final decision on certification.

Confirm

Farmers confirm that they have read and understood the PGS documentation, provided accurate information, and committed to updating it when changes occur. The form includes the signatures and dates of the farmer and the Production Group Leader.
