I hereby pledge to fulfill the following conditions
Commitment to standards and group activities
- Implement organic production standards and regulations of the producer group and PGS.
- Cooperate with other members, and fully participate in meetings and training sessions.
- Allow inspection of fields, processing areas, storage, and residential areas when necessary.
- Maintain complete records of yield, inputs, origin, and sales.
- Immediately notify of any changes in production, crops, or field conditions.
- Consult with the group before using any uncertain input products.
- Report violations and respect the regulations for using the PGS logo.
- Only label products as organic if they come from certified fields.
- Accept the final decision of the producer group regarding certification.
Confirmation
The farmer confirms that they have read and understood the PGS documents, provided accurate information, and pledge to update it when changes occur. The form includes signatures and dates from both the farmer and the Producer Group Leader.
