Agricultural Development Denmark Asia (ADDA) is a Danish Non-Governmental Organization founded in 1994 by Danes and Cambodians residing in Denmark who had personal ties in Cambodia and Vietnam.

Since its inception, ADDA has implemented a series of development projects across three countries aiming to foster sustainable agricultural development in both breadth and depth to improve living conditions for rural populations.
ADDA's Objectives
Rural Livelihoods and Self-Reliance Capacity
- Enhancing living conditions for rural communities through improved production practices, where labor productivity is advanced on the basis of ensuring environmental sustainability.
- Increasing self-reliance and self-sufficiency for the poorest segments of the population in Southeast Asia.
- Adhering to the principle of "help to self-help" — a principle achieved through targeted capacity building of partners such as agricultural colleges, universities, and local farmers' organizations.
Activities and Funding
ADDA also aims to disseminate knowledge in Denmark about living conditions in Southeast Asia through free lectures, articles, and exhibitions. ADDA collaborates with local organizations in the project countries — currently in Cambodia and Vietnam.
Funding for ADDA's projects is primarily provided by Danida, and all projects aim to empower beneficiaries to become independent of external assistance from outside their countries.
