This is also one of the activities within the cooperation framework between the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association and the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province on the production, processing, and consumption of organic agricultural products in Tuyen Quang.

Participants included enterprises, cooperatives, PGS representatives, producers, and members of the Tuyen Quang Organic Agriculture Association—mostly farming households, groups, and intergroups producing organic agricultural products throughout the province.

The trainers and field facilitators were experts, lecturers, and specialists with many years of dedication to organic agriculture, including: Eng. Tu Thi Tuyet Nhung, Standing Member of the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association and Head of the PGS Vietnam Coordination Committee; People's Teacher Dr. Pham Thanh Hai, former Principal of Bac Bo Agricultural College; Le Cong Hung, lecturer at Bac Bo Agricultural College; Tran Thi Hoa, Office of the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association; and Nguyen Thi Phuong Dung, Executive Committee Member of VOAA and official at the Sub-Department of Crop Production and Plant Protection under the Tuyen Quang Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

The training curriculum focused on two primary topics: Group dynamics skills; methodologies for conformity assessment and monitoring in PGS; and capacity building for the Tuyen Quang Organic Agriculture Association.

Accordingly, on August 11 and 12, participants received foundational instruction on organic agriculture, PGS principles, PGS management and operations, and inspector training. On August 13, trainees conducted practical conformity assessments at the farms of three households: Mr. Ta Huu Quang, Mr. Le Van Linh, and Ms. Do Thi Thanh in Yen So Village, Phuc Ninh Commune (Yen Son District).
