The latest tax law was recently passed by the National Assembly of Vietnam on April 24, 2026, with numerous amendments and supplements regarding personal income tax, value-added tax, corporate income tax, and special consumption tax. Compared to the previous tax law, farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses must adapt to several significant changes.

Participatory Guarantee Systems - PGS Vietnam is hosting the online webinar: “NEW TAX LAW FOR FARMERS, COOPERATIVES, AND SMALL AND MEDIUM AGRIBUSINESSES” to disseminate the government's new policies and answer questions during practical application in agricultural production and business. PGS Vietnam cordially invites cooperatives and collaborative groups within local PGS systems, non-PGS farmers, household businesses, and enterprises operating as actors in the PGS agricultural value chain to register for the webinar to gain a clear understanding of its application and receive guidance on practical situations.
