In 2011, from the earliest days of stepping into the food sector, Tam Dat has focused on and oriented towards organic products; at that time, the core product was PGS organic vegetables.

Accompanying Farmers from the Very Beginning
Cooperating with farmers and investing in production areas
We have accompanied and stood side-by-side with farmers since the very first days of PGS's establishment. Back then, the concept of organic was still entirely novel, but it completely transformed farmers' cultivation practices: abandoning chemical fertilizers to switch to organic composting, giving up herbicides and chemical pesticides in favor of biological preparations (ginger, garlic, alcohol, chili...), picking caterpillars by hand, and waiting patiently for up to 25 days just to harvest a batch of water spinach.
Having accompanied and witnessed countless stories of organic farmers, in 2013 a bold decision was made: establishing the Suganami Organic Agriculture Center, where Tam Dat invested directly and employed farmers to cultivate an area of 5 hectares in Tan Lac, Hoa Binh. Working tirelessly from dawn till dusk every day, to bring vegetables back in time for the morning market, we had to travel over 100 km of mountain roads from Tan Lac to Hanoi, setting off as early as 3:00 AM.
Persistently Building Customer Trust
At that time, customers did not yet understand organic farming, so we had to give vegetables to each customer for free to let them try, experience, and compare the quality with conventional produce sold on the market. As a result, we had to sell a house, pouring all the savings accumulated from our other business ventures into organic food.
In 2014, we invested in our first retail store to sell organic vegetables directly to consumers, winning customer trust, alongside the shared dedication and determination of our staff. As customer demand expanded — meat, fish, fruits, seafood... — we continued to research, create, and develop new products, ranging from the Tien Yen native chicken breed to the Cinnamon Cone pig farming model in Ba Vi.
Dedication to Trust and Integrity
As ecological and organic foods became more widely known and the consumer trend toward organic foods increased, self-proclaimed, counterfeit, and imitation products began to emerge... using media and marketing to disseminate misleading, unverifiable information to manipulate consumer behavior.
For Tam Dat, conscience and cleanliness remain our guiding principles: delivering ecological, safe, high-quality organic products with the best service to our customers.
